1999 bis 2000 erstellt. Einige Appartements befinden sich in unmittelbarer
Strandnähe mit teilweise phantastischem Meerblick. Alle Appartements und
Attikawohnungen sind eingebettet in eine private, gut gepflegte Wohnanlage

The residence was built in 1999 and 2000 in four phases, all phases have its
own character. Some are located next to the beach others have a nice view
towards the Mediterranean Sea all across to Maroc and the Street of
Gibraltar. All apartments and penthouses are spacious with a high quality
interior and generous sized terraces. The pictures below show the different
phases. Several apartments and penthouses are available for rent, short and
longterm. A few apartments and penthouses are always on sale, but well
looked after and for only a short period on the market. We are pleased to
